The Village at Pine Valley is seeking qualified candidates interested in an opportunity for growth with a management team who truly invests in it's employees.

The Resident Care Coordinator position will assist with developing, coordinating, monitoring, and collaborating with all aspects of resident care as well as Nursing policies/procedures as well as assisting the DON and ADON to ensure residents receive the highest quality of care. From the hours of 12:00pm - 10:00pm Tuesday - Friday, the Resident Care Coordinator will function as a member of the Nurse Management Team. The main responsibility of this position will revolve around the coordination, supervising, and evaluation of resident care. The Resident Care Coordinator will also monitor the quality of care for the residents of the community, be a key player in the development of staff in the community, overseeing general nursing practices/resident care of the villages within the community, and collaborating within the Interdisciplinary Team for the best care of the residents.

Job Qualifications


  1. RN (Registered Nurse) preferred with degree from an accredited state approved school of nursing with a current license to practice in the State of Indiana. Candidates with a LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) and desired experience may also be considered.


  1. Prefer a minimum of two years experience in long term care setting with nurse supervisory or management responsibilities.


  1. Strong, verbal, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  2. Understanding of the concepts of aging and the needs and concerns of the elderly.
